Job Description:

• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva. Etc.), University and other websites.
• Postings Jobs on the Job Portal and Social Media.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts.
• Proactive recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time.
• Work on positions – ITand NON IT.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets

Qualifications

• 2+ year experience recruiting/sourcing candidates/Bench Sales

• 2+ year experience sourcing through Job Boards, Social Media and, applicant tracking systems
• 2+ year of interviewing and technical evaluation of candidate
• 2+ year experience using Boolean searches
• 2+ year experience cold calling for sourcing candidates
  • Understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and submitting resumes on time
  • Experience in recruitingOPT, H1B, US Citizens and Green Card holders.
  • Should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).

Shift Timings 9 AM (EST) to 6.00 PM (EST)
